Pai Gow is a unique and engaging game that blends elements of poker and traditional Chinese dominoes. Played with a 53-card deck, which includes a joker, each player is dealt seven cards and must create two separate hands—a five-card “high” hand and a two-card “low” hand—both of which compete against the dealer.
